A footpath following bridleways (and some country roads) between Markt Indersdorf and Petershausen parallels the Jakobsweg along the Glonn river northwest of Munich.
Once again the path starts with a 12th century Abbey, Augustinian this time: the Assumption of Mary, St. Peter and Paul, now operated as a school.
Rolling countryside with views across the landscape and villages every mile or so, most founded in the 9th century.
Lots of churches, shrines, crucifixes (and birdhouses that look bigger than some modern apartments).
